How to maintain the battery of trackless train?

Battery voltage: the voltage of the trackless train will be displayed on the driver's control panel. If the no-load voltage is lower than 55 V, it must be charged, otherwise the battery will be scrapped.

Check the liquid level, regularly check that the battery liquid level of trackless small train should be lower than the lead plate (at least 1 cm higher than the lead plate). Do add too much distilled water (the liquid level is 2cm away the filling port). Prevent leakage to the ground.

For the maintenance of the battery conductor, the corrosion of the conductor must be checked regularly. Clean up the corrosion spot in time, use sandpaper to clean up the corrosion spot. Always check the corrosion of the wire. If the wire is seriously corroded, the battery needs to be replaced.
