The special equipment safety supervision institution shall handle the registration of the vehicle with the valid safety inspection mark of the motor vehicle in the factory, issue the license plate of the motor vehicle in the factory. The motor vehicles in the factory can be put into use only after the license plate is installed the safety inspection mark is pasted. The special equipment safety supervision section of the Municipal Bureau of quality technical supervision shall handle the license plate of special motor vehicles in the factory, but the license vehicles can only be used in the factory area. If vehicles transporting goods on road traffic (including roads between factories) are licensed, please consult the public security traffic police department.
